When does the airline
agreement expire?

The Airline Use and Lease Agreement sets what carriers pay an airport and for how long. When it expires, rates get renegotiated. AFID reads the agreements and publishes the expiration date, the term structure, and the page it came from, for 61 airports.

How to read this

A date is not always the answer.

Most airports have one agreement with one end date. Plenty do not. Some run per-cohort terms, where long-term signatories expire on a different date than short-term ones. Some have no fixed term at all. The rate resolution simply stays in force until the board amends it. Some have lapsed, with no executed successor in anything AFID holds. And some have an agreement plainly in force where no document AFID holds ever prints the end date. A scraper cannot tell those apart. A person reading the contract can.

Where the source states a term length but never prints an end date, AFID records “Not stated” and says so. We do not add ten years to a start date and call the result a fact. That rule costs us clean-looking rows and it is the reason you can cite these.

Click any row to see the term language as it was recorded, the sentence it came from where one is quotable, and the document and page. The last block in each row lists the other fields AFID holds for that airport, names only. Those live in the product.

This table is a small part of the Airline Use and Lease Agreement data AFID holds. An airport appears here only when a document AFID holds states the position and AFID can name the page it is on. Where that is not true the airport is left out rather than estimated. AFID does not publish a figure it cannot point at. Figures reflect documents as published by the covered entity; if you hold a newer agreement or believe a row is wrong, tell us and we will correct it with the citation.
The rest of it

This is one column of one family.

The expiration date is the single field from the agreement family that fits in a public table. Behind it AFID holds the signatory definition, the non-signatory premium, the majority-in-interest test and its thresholds, the landed-weight basis, the revenue-sharing direction and formula, the deemed-approval mechanism, extension options and who holds them, and the holdover terms, all page-cited, for every airport in the corpus.
